Being one of the top football clubs globally, A.S. Roma as an organization deals with consumers all over the world - every day. A.S. Roma’s ticketing platform, lacks functionality towards configuration filters and security restrictions. Within their platform, the flow process is counter intuitive, and becomes confusing for the user. This is a web responsive application, that consist of transferring single tickets, season tickets, seat locating and filtering out on-boarding new users towards the A.S. Roma Experience. A.S. Roma need this product to be quick, easy, and intuitive. As they deal with data entry everyday along with consumer facing with ticket transaction and security data restrictions.
